CNC Operator
**Job Title: Entry Level CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This role involves loading machines with appropriate materials, inspecting products using measuring equipment, recording measurement results, replacing tools, and making necessary adjustments. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and effective communication skills. **Responsibilities** + Load machines with appropriate material + Inspect products using appropriate measuring equipment + Record measurement results on inspection records + Replace used tools as necessary + Perform in-process inspections of Level I Operators + Make offset adjustments up to .002 + Identify and change worn and broken tools efficiently + Troubleshoot minor issues that arise after tool changes and offset adjustments + Provide detailed tie-in notes, address and avert issues + Operate all machines within their Cell + Set up common jobs within their Cell + Load programs into machines + Back up programs to 'Machine Dump' + Interpret blueprints accurately to make necessary adjustments **Essential Skills** + Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other common inspection tools + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and basic geometry) + Basic computer skills + Experience in reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment \#aerojobswa **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
