**Job Title: CNC Operator (Building 3)** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in a production environment focused on automotive and transportation-related components. The ideal candidate will operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring the smooth running and monitoring of a line of CNC machines. This role includes performing quality checks on parts using a Plug Gauge, Micrometer, and Calipers, as well as handling minor tool changes and daily preventative maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor a line of 3-5 CNC machines. + Perform quality checks on parts using Plug Gauge, Micrometer, and Calipers. + Make necessary offsets and adjustments to the machines. + Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks, including basic cleaning, changing coolant/oil, and greasing. + Handle minor tool changes, such as changing an insert or bar in a lathe. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of CNC operating experience. + 1 year of experience with quality tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Plug Gauge). + 1 year of experience performing offsets and adjustments. + Strong attention to detail. + Understanding of decimals. + Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (which can still be hot near machines). + Steel-toe shoes required; all other PPE provided (ear plugs, safety glasses). **Why Work Here?** We offer good benefits and 401k policies.
