Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator II/III to join our team. You will be responsible for operating CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls, as well as performing manual operations such as drill press and deburring. This role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with machine operation.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls.Load parts and manage outside operations including manual tasks like drill press and deburring.Use an electric drill for drilling and tapping products.Use a torque wrench to bolt down fixtures into t-plates.Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, and pin gages.Essential SkillsExperience in operating CNC mills and vertical milling machines.Proficiency in machine operation and inspection.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and lean six sigma principles.Ability to read and write to comply with written instructions and complete departmental paperwork.Basic math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.One year of experience in performing machine operation with a HAAS CNC or relevant experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position involves working close to 50 hours regularly, with optional overtime available every Saturday. The first shift hours are from 6:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The work setting is a production environment that is repetitive and different from a job shop. Employees can expect to be challenged with learning processes and be rewarded by making good parts.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
