Job Description: CNC Operator Nested N-300 at Closets by Design Houston

Job Summary:
As a CNC Operator Nested N-300 at Closets by Design Houston, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality custom closets and home organization systems. Operating the Nested N-300 machine, you will be responsible for producing precise and accurate cuts according to customer specifications. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Franchise industry and is based in Houston, Texas.


Responsibilities:
- Operate the CNC Nested N-300 machine to produce accurate and precise cuts for custom closets and home organization systems
- Set up and calibrate machine according to specific customer specifications and design plans
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters during production to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the machine as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any production issues or concerns to the production manager
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Follow production schedule and meet production quotas
- Assist in other areas of production as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a CNC machine, preferably the Nested N-300
- Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret design plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
