**Job Title: CNC Set Up Operator**
**Job Description**
Currently seeking a CNC Set Up Operator to join our vertical milling department. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various CNC machines and will be responsible for ensuring precision machining services on various materials.
2nd shift: 3:30pn-2:00am Mon-Thurs
60-80k depending experience
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate 14 Vertical Spindle CNC Machining Centers with table sizes up to 60 inches.
+ Utilize 3 Bridgeport Mills for machining tasks.
+ Program machines using Virtual software from customer electronic files.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate machine operation.
+ Apply GD&T knowledge to ensure precision and quality.
+ Work collaboratively within a small team environment to meet production goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
+ Degree in Machine Tool Technology or CNC-related field.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
+ Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
+ Experience with CNC machine operation and setup.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with virtual machine programming software.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a machine shop setting, characterized by a small, family-like atmosphere with 13 people on the floor. The dress code is casual, allowing T-shirts and jeans. Our facility provides precision machining services, including hardware installation, assembly, screen printing, and more, on various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and composites.
