This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operation including calibration and occasional reprogramming of trumpf bystronic and/or 130 ton giga bend cnc brake pressesUtilization of blueprints, sketches, drawings specifications or sample parts to ensure correctness of finished work piece by analyzing dimensions of the part bend angle inside radius and the blank size complete with acceptable tolerances for eachWork to close tolerances such as a typical / 1/16 by utilizing required gauges and inspection Setting up and breaking down different punch and die setupsSet up & operate CNC plasma or waterjet cutting tableGrinding, deburring, cleaning of parts, cutting, & removing scrapUse overhead cranes to move materials & parts as neededAccurately complete all paperworkOther tasks as assigned Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screenMinimum of 5+ years of experience in the field Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
