**Join Our Team as a CNC Press Brake Operator** **Position Overview:** In this role, you will be integral to our production process, primarily operating our CNC press brake while also gaining training on various CNC machines, shears, and plasma cutters. You may also assist in our rebar area, ensuring that client specifications are met with the highest standards. **** **Shift Information:** + 2nd Shift: (Insert Shift Hours, e.g., 3 PM - 11 PM) **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up, prepare, and adjust the CNC press brake to shape steel components accurately. + Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to ensure proper alignment and measurement of materials. + Conduct basic quality checks to verify that materials meet our quality standards. + Assist with various tasks in the shop, including cutting, measuring, and twisting rebar as needed. + Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting is preferred. + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools and machinery. + Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch accurately. + Capable of lifting 50+ lbs of material as required. + Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. + A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally. **Compensation:** + Pay range: $19 - $23 per hour, based on experience. **What We Offer:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for training and professional development. + A collaborative team environment that values your contributions. + A chance to work on diverse projects in a thriving industry. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
