Cnc Press Brake Operator
**Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator who can set up and operate CNC press brakes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors. You will be responsible for installing, aligning, and locking specified punches and dies, performing shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and conducting inspection procedures to verify work. Additionally, you will load programs onto machines and make necessary angle corrections. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC press brakes. + Measure with, read, and comprehend various measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors. + Install, align, and lock specified punches and dies. + Perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations. + Conduct inspection procedures to verify work. + Load programs onto machines and make angle corrections as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of previous experience running press brakes. + Ability to read and interpret prints. + Basic computer usage skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous CNC press brake control experience is a plus. + Experience with Accurpress or Safan brakes is a plus. + Programming experience is a plus. + Strong attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance. The standard shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime extending until 5:30 pm when needed and occasional half-day Saturdays.
