Direct Hire position
Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM schedule ... Salary of $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of CNC machinists, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
Develop and maintain job scheduling requirements to meet production deadlines.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications, translating them into actionable programming instructions.
Conduct tooling selection, setup, and troubleshooting to maximize machine performance.
Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of CNC programs.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Prior experience in a job shop environment is a plus.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years prior experience with CNC machines and programming.
Prior management experience of teams of 5 or more is required.
must have a high level of proficiency in CAD/CAM software packages.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
