We are hiring a 3rd shift CNC Programmer to join our team! This position provides support to production. 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Administers all technical mattersPrepares machines for prototype installationChanges over revolving jobsSupports all technical matters for machining lines and automated equipmentCommunicates with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Technician to detect problemsExecutes corrective solutions to fix imperfectionsTakes on tasks assigned by Technical SupervisorPerforms CNC machines start up and shutdownChanges worn tools, edits programs and performs dimensional analysisPerforms troubleshooting of CNC machines and automated equipment.Inspects parts for issues or imperfections and detect source of the matterPerforms continuous improvement activities related to tooling, fixturing, process flow, and assembly/automation.Provides assistance, coaching and training to new and existing colleaguesResponds to quality and operator machining issuesAssists in all technical helpSupports the plant to make process improvements to achieve production efficiency and qualityEnsures a “Zero defects” quality on productProvides required data reports and system backupsObtains parts needed for new productionLoads new programs for new productionWorks toward continually improving processesLearns operations and troubleshoots of new machinesFamiliarity with CMM reportsAble to read blue printsLoads and installs different jobs into existing machines that have changing tasksAdjusts machine programming when necessaryOther duties as assigned



Requirements

Education and Experience:  

High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with CNC MachiningExperience with bridge ports, Fanuc Robots, Siemens and Allen Bradley ControlsAbility to read blueprints, understands G codes, GD&T
