**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Tooling Department. The primary role involves programming CNC machines using MasterCAM software, creating and repairing transfer press dies, and working closely with Tool Makers to meet die needs. This position requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, tool paths, and machine setup. **Responsibilities** + Program CNC Machines in the Tooling Department using MasterCAM software. + Create and modify CNC tool paths and cutting programs. + Program for Haas VF9 and Haas VF3 Machines. + Set up CNC Machines to run programs. + Load and unload materials in machines. + Indicate vices and fixtures. + Collaborate with Tool Makers for die needs. + Spend 80% of the time at the computer and 20% at the machine. + Understand and read technical prints. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of CNC Programming experience. + 3+ years of experience using MasterCAM. + Proficiency in CNC setup, including fixtures, tooling, vices, and clamps. + Ability to perform program edits and modifications during machine processes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
