**Job Title: CNC Programmer**
**Location:** Colchester, CT
**Position Type:** Direct Hire
**Company:** Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company to bring on a full-time CNC Programmer.
**Pay:** $80,000 - $100,000
**Hours:** 4-Day Work Week (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
_Overtime on Fridays is available but not mandated; candidates should be open to it._
**Job Description:** We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with engineers and shop personnel to optimize aerospace machining. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Program complex aerospace components (experience with CAD models and probing preferred)
+ Process a variety of parts made from aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, etc.
+ Determine processes and tools required to achieve product specifications and business objectives
+ Read and interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances, and symbols to meet military and commercial specifications
+ Troubleshoot and/or optimize existing programs
**Skills and Technologies:**
+ Proficient in Mastercam
+ Experience with SolidWorks
+ Programming and editing for 5-axis CNC machines
+ Vericut experience is a plus
+ Extensive knowledge of complex programming
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of practical experience or equivalent education (willing to train candidates with prior shop experience and the desire to learn)
+ Ability to program from drawings and operation process sheets
+ Highly organized and able to maintain programming software, revisions, post processors, program files, and tool lists
+ Punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime as necessary to meet customer demands
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
