Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team on 1st shift at our facility located just on the outskirts of Davenport. This role is essential to our operations and offers a great opportunity for growth in a booming industry.

Pay up to $34/hr 1st shift 8:00AM - 4:30PMWeekly payResponsibilitiesGenerate machine language to convert customer supplied piece part documents into finished partsProgram parts for processing on all equipmentCreate piece part super nests to improve material utilizationMake adjustments to drawings based on customer needs, equipment downtime, and operator feedbackManage customer satisfaction with a focus on quality, ensuring a 98% on-time delivery requirementWork with operators on the production floor to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvementPerform all other duties as assigned or as responsibilities and activities changeEssential SkillsMinimum 1-3 years work experience operating CNC vertical machining centersWorking knowledge of FANUC and Mazatrol controllersUnderstanding of G and M codes related to vertical machining centersProficiency in CAD software related to CNC machiningAdvanced math skills and the ability to calculate feeds and speedsAbility to use tape measure, micrometer, and caliperExperience with forklift and/or overhead craneWork Environment

Our work environment is larger and more manufacturing-focused rather than a warehouse style. The shop is well-lit with a decently small team size, ensuring you are not just a number here.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00
