**Hiring: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and assist in the turning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, creating setup sheets, routing, and inspection sheets, and collaborating with engineers, machinists, and other staff to ensure the smooth production of parts. You will primarily be creating around 5 programs per day and occasionally helping out in the shop if a part requires adjustment. The parts typically have a 2-3 inch diameter, with an average order of 250-500 pieces. Our work is majorly focused on Aerospace and Defense contracts, with approximately 150-200 new parts each year. **Responsibilities** + Program CNC machines and assist in the turning department. + Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other staff to ensure accurate part production. + Create setup sheets, routing, and inspection sheets for machinists. + Produce approximately 5 programs per day. + Assist in the shop if a part is not produced correctly. + Handle part orders averaging 250-500 pieces with parts around 2-3 inches in diameter. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of programming and CNC + Experience with lathe operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Mastercam. + Experience with various brands of machines. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00 -Medical and dental insurance -Short and long term disability -Medical: Pay 75% employee and 50% dependents -401k 50% match up to 4% -Profit sharing -Bonus program **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo,MN. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 24, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
