Job Description
Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning fixtures, tools, and materials.Program CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages to perform specific tasks.Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process.

Programming and Troubleshooting:

Create, adjust, and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, tooling, or programming as they arise.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.Make adjustments to machine settings and programs to maintain product quality.

Maintenance and Safety:

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they operate efficiently.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.




Work Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control techniques.Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CNC machining or a related field.Experience with specific CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers).Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
