Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer proficient in Gibbscam for creating programs and optimizing processes for CNC milling and turning centers.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Gibbscam and Mastercam Experience with Solidworks for program development Ability to perform full set-ups and program edits Understanding of machine control management and macro programming Awareness of cutting tool technology

Preferred Skills:

Experience holding tolerances as tight as +/- .0001" Familiarity with inspection measurement tools Knowledge of work-holding strategies

Responsibilities:

Create setup sheets detailing tooling and work-holding Develop CNC programs using GibbsCAM software Optimize process and machine utilization Provide input on process decisions and strategies

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
