Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the Kansas City, Missouri area, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring high-precision production by developing and optimizing 5-axis CNC programs to manufacture components that meet and exceed customer design specifications. The Day-to-Day:

Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC router programs for high-quality part production.Design and modify parts using AutoCAD and CAD modeling software (2D & 3D solid modeling).Prototype new components, ensuring functionality and adherence to customer specifications.Plan and oversee project setups, machine operations, and process optimizations.Supervise production staff to maintain quality assurance and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of five years of experience programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines.Proficiency in AutoCAD for part design and modification.Previous experience in prototype development and CNC machining.Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.Completion of technical school training or equivalent industry experience.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$30.00 to $34.00 per hour (based on experience).Monday to Thursday (Fridays off).7:00 AM to 3:00 PM3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
