**Job Title: CNC Programmer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Machining Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC mills and lathes for plastic using Mastercam software. This role requires experience in determining tooling, tool-paths, setup methods, and fixtures to produce high-quality parts. **Work Environment** The role is based in the Machine Shop Department, working closely with a multicultural team. The environment is fast-paced and requires good communication skills. Candidates will work indoors in a plastics production facility with proper ventilation. The facility is open and spacious with about 50 employees on site. The shift is from 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. **Responsibilities** + Mastercam programming for various CNC machines. + Machine plastics and steel. + Determine tooling, tool-paths, setup methods, and fixtures to produce parts. + Edit programs as necessary. + Conduct quality control checks. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Read and interpret G-Code. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience as a CNC machinist. + 5+ years of fluency in Mastercam Software. + Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal. + Ability to set up mills and lathes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn. + Good attitude. + Reliable and punctual. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive compensation and profit sharing, an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision care, and vacation time.
