Responsibilities:
Set up, program, edit, and operate CNC machines
Perform first article inspections and ensure quality documentation
Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges (CMM/Keyence experience is a plus!)
Design and fabricate tools and fixtures for efficient setups
Optimize existing CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy
Develop 3D models, create CNC programs, and ensure proper tolerances
Work with customers to understand design needs and resolve part issues
Support production teams with tools, gauges, and process improvements
Assist in quoting new jobs and refining manufacturing processes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
CMM and/or Keyence experience
Experience with quoting and production planning
Knowledge of tool and fixture design for CNC operations
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience in CNC setup, programming, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software for 3D modeling and design - Solidworks
Ability to inspect and measure parts with precision tools
Problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement
