Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist with extensive experience in programming, machining, and operating various manual and CNC machines.

Requirements:

5+ years of CNC programming experience in Master Cam and CIMCO for 4 and 5 axis machines. Ability to set-up and operate manual and CNC milling, lathes, and OD-ID grinders with minimal supervision. Familiarity with machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Experience making standard shop computations relating to dimensions, tooling, feeds, and speeds. Ability to set-up and use all standard measuring instruments. ITAR work regulations required.

Preferred Skills:

Manual G code and post processing experience.

Responsibilities:

Support operators to meet production deadlines by providing input on manufacturing schedules and procedures. Instruct and train on machining set-ups and operating principles.
