Seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist to handle 5-axis CNC programming, machine operation, training, and inspection, using Mastercam as the primary CAM software.

Job Responsibilities: Develop efficient CNC programs for 5-axis machining operations using Mastercam. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. Inspect finished parts using a combination of machine probe and manual measurement techniques to ensure quality standards. Maintain and manage the CNC work center to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Serve as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting machining issues. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining. Proficiency in 5-axis CNC programming and operation. Experience with CMM inspection tools and processes. Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials. Proficient with CAD/CAM software, including Mastercam and SolidWorks. Familiarity with GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5
