CNC Set Up/Operator
**Description** • Set-up and proficiently operate all CNC machines. • Read and interpret blueprints, understand basics of design and offer design improvements where necessary. • Sets up and uses precision measuring tools and checks own work for conformance to specifications • Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work Short run orders - 5-20 piece order Multiple set ups throughout the day Essential to be able to operate Independently and set up or make changes Fanuc controlled machines Lathes Tight tolerances Perform in process inspection **Skills** CNC, Machinist, Lathe **Top Skills Details** CNC,Machinist,Lathe **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Qualifications: • High school diploma. • Minimum 3 years experience using CNC machines. • Ability to read, evaluate and work from engineering drawings • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must understand/apply shop math • Must have basic mechanical aptitude in troubleshooting CNC machines. • Proficient in operating CNC lathe machinery. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. Ability to use a computer. Experience with setting up and operating toolroom machines. **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
