**Job Title: Setup CNC Machinist** _Aerotek is offering opportunities for CNC Machinists in Delaware County. Immediately interviewing_ _and hiring!_ **Pay:** $18/hr - $24/hr **Job Description** Responsible for operating and setting up CNC Mills, Lathes, and Grinders using work instructions, drawings, procedures, tooling, fixtures, and programs. Manufacture first run parts for first part in-process inspection approval. After first part in-process inspection approval, run remaining parts utilizing the tooling, programs, fixtures, procedures, and methods of inspection specified. Recommend any tool offsets or program edits needed. Take measurements with calipers, micrometers, etc. Will mostly use Haas and Fadal Mills with controls. Will be making parts used with tight tolerances +/- .001-.003. **Hard Skills** + 2-3+ years operating and setting up a CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machine + Proficient with measurement tools - micrometers, calipers, gauges + Understanding mechanical drawings, cutting tools + Robust experience in 3-axis milling **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Aston, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** This is a hands-on position. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am. Overtime hours available on specific jobs Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm. It is a very clean manufacturing environment.
