**Job Title: CNC Setup Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning/Lathe Set-Up Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills to set up and run CNC machines, as well as the ability to teach and mentor others. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Lathes (2-axis and multi-axis) (e.g., Eurotech, Hardinge, Wasino, Okuma, etc.). + Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other work instructions. + Set tools, change tools, and edit programs. + Use standard gauges and inspection techniques. + Ensure compliance with SPC, inspection documentation, and problem-solving procedures. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of set-up experience. + Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Okuma Controls. + Ability to set tools, change tools, and edit programs. + Proficiency in using standard gauges and inspection techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with aerospace products and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus. + Demonstrated progression within machine operation. + Ability to teach and mentor others. **Why Work Here?** Join a brand new facility focused on building a strong culture.
