Job Title: CNC Setup Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. Training will take place for a few weeks on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with flexibility for candidates unable to train on the 1st shift. As a CNC Setup Operator, you will be working with precise dental equipment parts requiring tight tolerances and attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesWork within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail.Interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements.Utilize inspection and gaging techniques using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug, and ring gages.Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on Star and Citizen CNC Screw machines.Understand the tooling required for CNC processes.Exhibit strong tool knowledge, blueprint reading, tolerance, and program understanding.Perform work in a safe manner.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
