CNC Setup / Operator / Programmer (2nd shift)

Summary: Seeking a CNC Setup/Operator/Programmer for 2nd shift to perform diversified operations using CNC equipment and ensure quality manufacturing of parts.

Requirements:

5+ years of related machine shop experience High/vocational school diploma Specialized training in math, trigonometry, complex blueprint reading, and machine programming Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs

Responsibilities:

Determine and program machining sequence and tooling selection Fabricate components to print tolerance using CNC millers, lathes, and related equipment Set up work with existing or custom fixtures Inspect machined components using necessary inspection equipment Operate milling/turret lathe machines and set up drilling/tapping fixtures Maintain a clean and safe work area

Preferred Skills:

Experience with vertical mills and turning centers

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
