**Job Title: CNC Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are a small, family-owned fabrication shop seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC Supervisor/Foreman to oversee our day shift crew and run machines as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in setup and some programming, with the ability to lead a crew of about 10 people, each performing multiple setups per day. This person will coordinate workflow based on each machinist's strengths, answer questions about setups and product runs, and provide production advice. The role involves using paper set-up sheets for tools/materials and network routers to send programs to machines. The candidate will also help optimize production processes long-term. While we primarily use Fanuc controls, we welcome candidates with Mastercam experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and coordinate workflow for the day shift crew
+ Troubleshoot setups for new product runs
+ Perform light code editing as needed
+ Set up and operate CNC and manual mills/lathes as required
+ Conduct first article inspections
+ Read and inspect quality prints
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC setup and programming
+ Knowledge of Fanuc controls
+ Ability to lead and manage a crew
+ Troubleshooting skills for setup and product runs
+ Proficiency in reading and inspecting quality prints
+ Experience with various materials including carbon/tool steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, and plastic
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Mastercam
+ Interpersonal conflict resolution
+ Real-time feedback and production coordination
+ Proficiency with calipers and other measurement tools
+ Experience with Haas machines

**Work Environment**
Our small, family-owned fabrication shop operates a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5am-2:30pm (5x8s). The work environment is supportive with a crew that works well together. We use a variety of materials including carbon/tool steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, and plastic. The shop utilizes paper set-up sheets for tools/materials and network routers to send programs to machines.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Oak Grove, Oregon.
