CNC Supervisor

Paying $72,800.00 - $79,040.00

Location - Oak Grove, OR

Responsibilities:

Workflow management and coordination.Troubleshooting setups for new product runs.Light code editing as needed.Set up and operation of CNC and manual mills/lathes as needed.First article inspections.Quality print reading/inspection.Use of mostly carbon and tool steel.Also use of aluminum, stainless, some bronze, and some plastic.

Qualifications:

Interpersonal conflict resolution. Real-time feedback. Production coordination.

Environment/ Shift:

Small family-owned fabrication shop.Day shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
