**Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating Citizen L20, L220, M32, and K16 machines, making program edits using GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software, and ensuring all operations meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will handle the full machining process from setups to tooling changes, program edits, and troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up Citizen L20, L220, M32, and K16 machines.
+ Make program edits using GibbsCAM and ESPRIT software.
+ Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
+ Work off of various blueprints.
+ Handle the full process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
+ Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
+ Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of CNC Swiss setup experience.
+ Proficiency in CAD Software.
+ Fluency in G & M code and ability to edit programs.
+ High level of blueprint reading required.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with shop math.
+ Proficiency in using measuring tools.
+ Experience with numerical control.
+ Background in CNC Swiss machining.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a very clean and organized medical manufacturing facility equipped with a lot of new equipment. The environment includes modern conference and break rooms.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
