CNC Swiss Machinist
CNC Swiss MachinistJob DescriptionOne of the largest medical device manufacturers is looking for a talented Swiss Machinist to join our team!We operate across various sectors, including Metals and Recycling, Healthcare, Semiconductor and Electronics, and Industrial products.

Setup and Operate: Work with Citizen and Star Swiss machines.Program and Edit: Load programs, make edits in Gibbscam software on Fanuc controls, and handle tool changes.High Production Runs: Manage runs of 1,500 to 2,000 parts, requiring 2-3 setups per week.Collaborate: Work with engineering and designers to improve products and tooling.Quality Control: Maintain high standards through in-process inspection and monitoring.Work Environment

Shift/Pay:

Mon-Fri: 6am -2:30pm

$30-$38/hr to start depending experience level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $83000.00

- Monthly production bonus up to 4% of salary
- 401(k) plan, with a matching contribution from Heraeus

- Very nice facility with very nice lunch/break room with a market on site where they can purchase food, snacks and drinks
- Once a month, they do a $500 Safety drawing for all employees (Including contractors) for people who demonstrate the best safety practices on the floor
- They do free ice cream usually once a month for all employees (contractors too!)
- They have walking trails all around so on breaks or lunch, people can utilize them if they want too
- Once a year, they have a shoe truck come on site for full time employees and they can purchase steel toed or safety shoes for discounted rates
