Job Description
Setup and operate Citizen Swiss machines to manufacture parts for the medical device industry. Setups and jobs will vary month over month, focusing on performing setups and operating the machines. Responsibilities include performing tool changes, offsets, and program edits, as well as making parts from stainless steel, plastic, aluminum, steel, and titanium. You will machine parts primarily for the medical device market and perform your own inspections using basic hand tools (first article and final inspections).

This is a medium-sized shop with a close-knit family feel. The facility has recently expanded by 20,000 square feet to add additional machines, including Mills and Swiss. The shop is newly updated with highly technical machines and offers a wide variety of products in the medical industry, making it a highly attractive place to work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $75000.00
-401K with up to 3% company matching

PTO Structure:
