Setup and operate CNC machinery to produce complex spinal and orthopedic instruments in a dynamic job shop environment.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in CNC setup and advanced operation of CNC turning equipment Experience with Haas and DMG Mori lathes preferred Knowledge of CNC equipment and tooling Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and vision machines Knowledge and understanding of G&M coding

Job Responsibilities:

Setup and operate CNC turning equipment to manufacture precision parts Tear down, setup, and run new product as part of a flexible production environment Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate components

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
