: We are seeking a talented Presentation and Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating visually appealing presentations, have strong proficiency in Excel, and possess a keen eye for enhancing the look and feel of various content. This role requires a creative individual who can transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information. Enhance the visual appeal and consistency of presentations by applying design principles and best practices. Develop and maintain templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all presentations. Utilize Excel to organize, analyze data, and create charts, graphs, and other visual representations for presentations. Collaborate with team members to gather content and understand presentation requirements. Continuously improve and update presentation materials based on feedback and evolving business needs. Stay updated with the latest design trends and presentation tools to bring innovative ideas to the table. Ensure all presentations are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Tools:

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Basics of Power BI would be a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a corporate or professional services environment. Familiarity with video editing tools and software is a plus.
