ARSIEM is currently looking for a CNO Build Engineer. The positions will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.ResponsibilitiesDevelop complex build systemsJoin a team of developers building complex build systems for other teams.  Have a strong understanding of compliers, linkers, and intermediate representations.  Create, maintain, and modernize unique build environments for the entire team.Minimum Qualifications6+ (CAP2) years of experience programming in C/C++ or similarIn-depth understanding of build systems (e.g., GCC, Clang)In-depth understanding of intermediate representationsFamiliarity with modern software engineering conceptsKnowledge of common CNO techniquesAbility to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
Labor Category Requirements: CNO Analyst/Programmer IIMinimum eight (8) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineeringMinimum six (6) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, and PythonMinimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The referrer can receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
