Responsibilities A key member of the site management team coaching the leadership team & site basic coaches to achieve Lean maturity progression. This will involve: Deeply understanding the Lean Framework and developing others capability Identifying, recruiting, training and coaching basic coaches Using PBAS to evaluating and reporting on the behaviours Coaching in the weekly and period meetings to improve the standards Coaching Site Leadership Team in their high impact moments To support all Lean specialists (PSS, SWS and BCs) to build their capability towards cerification Facilitate the site leadership team to review and refresh the site strategy on an annual, quarterly basis Facilitate and support the site to lead a Deployment, Planning and Evaluation (DPE) event annually · Support and coach the development of each leader in the use of Leadership standard work for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly · Facilitate the development and cascade of the site annual activities and communication plan · Develop and implement site communications strategy · Support and coach the leadership team in the use of prioritisation tools including Benefit and Effort and the problem solving tools (incl 5 Whys and various A3’s) in the appropriate QCDM forums · Working closely with the site’s lean six sigma resource to support the site in productivity ideation through the site standard meeting forums · Deliver improvement projects through QCDM process utilising LSS/DMAIC approach achieving Green belt savings per year on year Qualifications • Ability to facilitate workshops and events to get the best from the team • Coaching others in High Impact Moments • Preparing, creating and delivering appropriate training to the individual or groups · Managing change through others · Ability to influence and change working culture • Knowledge and experience in Lean tools & methodology in PepsiCo framework · Understanding of Lean principles and application within Operational environment • High ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation (shop floor to senior executives) • Understandng of SC processes • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make short and long term recommendations on the basis of available data • A proven track record of program management, including governance and affecting change • Influencing and coaching skills across peers and seniors • Experience of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (Green belt level)
