The Mentor will be knowledgeable in one or more of the following NSF I-Corps related areas: Lean Startup Methodologies, Business Model Canvas, Customer Discovery, Jobs to Be Done. The position will be responsible for reviewing I-Corps submissions from I-Corps teams, facilitating discussions during the cohort and holding Office Hours with teams, as needed.  The Mentor will work closely with the Rutgers I-Corps Program Manager & Director to ensure delivery of high-quality programming that prepares teams of scientists, researchers, and innovators to explore the commercial potential of their innovation.
