**What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible monitoring Test of adult Basic Education (TABE) outcomes for those students identified as needing additional instructional support in the academic area of study. Responsible for facilitating tutoring for all students in a variety of subject areas to include the college preparation program. Works in conjunction with the co-disability coordinator, in compliance with governments and management directives.
**Essential functions:**
1. Oversee the accommodation review process by reviewing Job Corps applicant files for possible health, mental health, physical, drug and alcohol, or educational accommodations.
2. Convene Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to identify accommodations needed. Provide applicant materials to IDT members for review and ensure the review process is thorough and appropriate.
3. Set up and maintain accommodation files. Monitor, track, and follow up on the effectiveness of accommodations.
4. Make determination if accommodation is reasonable or not for facility to provide.
5. Adjust accommodations when needed. Reconvene the IDT periodically to develop more effective accommodations for individual students as necessary.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and one (1) years of related experience or
+ Directly related experience may be substituted for education requirements.
+ Experience developing individual accommodation plans for clients with mental health, physical, and learning disability, and experience developing linkages with disability and mental health agencies.
+ A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
