The Co-Executive Director, Hybl Center will report to the Market President, Greater Colorado & Kansas.This position will have accountability to the Hybl Joint Venture through the Market President and UCHAMP Board of Directors. Incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations of the Hybl Center, maintaining solid line reporting relationships with some departments within the center and dotted-line relationships with others. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong partnerships within the community. Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: The primary role of the Co-Executive Director will be to create and maintain cohesive and successful operating, business, and patient care environments within the Hybl Center, recognizing and eliminating barriers, and promoting world class sports medicine and sports performance services. Integration with UCCS academic, athletic, and research programs is also essential + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Adminostration, Busniess Managment, Fiance, Nursing Required + Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment. + Experience with health care administration in a business setting. + Experience working with Sports Medicine and Performance patients and clients.
