Duties & Responsibilities
+ Filing Co-op reports for our clients
+ Keep track of the advertising details to ensure our clients qualify for reimbursement
+ Making sure funds are used during their designated time period
+ Keeping up with all the brands filing differences
+ Filing Co-op for both Traditional and Digital Media, as well as Production
+ Keep track of the required documentation to file Co-Op

Requirements
+ Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
+ Competency in MS Office Excel
+ Well organized and attention to detail\detail oriented
+ Aptitude for numbers
+ Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
