At CESO, co-ops are an integral part of our company and are provided with opportunities that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating. Under the guidance of the architecture staff, you will be assigned to a team based on need and experience. You will have primary responsibilities that include: Primary ResponsibilitiesLearn processes, procedures and assist in preparation of various architecture designsPrepare and modify architecture drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUpCreate flow charts and spreadsheets in support of team projectsProvide architecture support assistance for quality issuesInterface with other disciplines such as surveying, environmental, and engineering, as well as clients and vendorsAssist architecture team in identifying process improvementsPerform other project duties as assignedPosition RequirementsCurrently enrolled in Architecture or Interior Design program and have completed the first year of collegePreferred knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photo Editing Software, Microsoft Office Suite (training will be provided if needed)Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills requiredDemonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and scheduleCESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity. We develop and inspire our Architecture interns/co-ops through training and coaching on the job. You are an integral part of our company from day one of your rotation. Our offices are welcoming spaces to collaborate with your teammates. In addition to a comprehensive intern/co-op program, we create memories and friendships through our employee and service events.
