Prysmian is offering a 6-month paid Co-op as a Venture Strategy & Development Project Lead on our Reeloop Team, based in the North America Headquarters in Highland Heights KY.

Prysmian launched Reeloop as it recognized that most of the wooden reels it delivered to customers across North America were disposed after usage, resulting in an incredible quantity of waste. Recently launched in November 2024, Reeloop addresses this issue, as it consists in collecting Prysmian end-life reels from customers, refurbishing them, and repurposing them for future orders.

Job Duties

Developing an ongoing project to simplify Prysmian’s operations and reduce Prysmian’s costs associated with reels.Analyzing specific operations within the corporate company, providing insights into their profit and loss dynamics.Finding solutions to strategic challenges, as well as carrying out technical analysis and effectively communicating their findings.

Requirements

Currently enrolled or recent graduate of bachelor's program focused on Supply Chain and Logistics or Business Administration.Entrepreneural spirit and great communication skills.
