Your Key Responsibilities Complete assigned project(s) over the course of a work term. Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction. Participants will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Your Qualifications High school Diploma or Equivalent Must be pursuing an academic degree Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication ability (written &verbal) Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results Assertive approach to solving problems Ability to prioritize The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty-five pounds External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
