Leading and navigating both in the known and unknown context, you have the courage to take a clear standpoint based on your significant knowledge of the labour market policies. Change management skills/experience is a necessity. Your skills by communicating in Swedish and English are very good.

We see that you have an education and/or experience within law, labour law or HR together with 3-5 years of work experience. Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) In the role as Co-worker Relations Leader you create conditions for an engaging and healthy working environment where co-workers develop and perform. You also execute and support in all activities related to Co-worker relations in order to uphold our global Co-worker relations principles and code of conduct for all units.

You will:
• Lead an ongoing open dialogue with co-workers associations and other organisations, contributing to successful negotiations with the worker’s council/labour unions.
• Support Unit People & Culture Generalists in handling co-worker relations challenges in their units.
• Coordinate with country Co-worker Relations to executing on common way of managing labour issues across the country.
• Follow up on the IKEA co-worker survey results.
• Coach and guide units to create a proactive/preventive way of working with performance issues.
• Implement and follow up on IKEA’s Employment standards and compliance in all units.
• Coordinate, enable collaboration and lead topics relevant for all units.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are implemented in accordance with applicable legislation and manage union dialogues. Some trips are included in the assignment - mainly to Stockholm about 1/month.
