IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director School Principal DUTIES: To assist in providing challenging and enjoyable experiences for all team members. To contribute to the development and maintenance of school spirit within the school and a positive school image within the community. To contribute to the development of a positive self-image for the individual team members. To develop a high level of performance consistent with goals of the South Bend Community School Corporation. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in intermediate/high school cheerleading. Training in dance and/or familiarity with cheerleading techniques.
