Job Description
The Production Operator will be responsible for monitoring production equipment and processes. This role involves loading rolls of tape and unloading finished products. Additionally, candidates will be required to visually inspect finished products and pack tape into boxes.

Work Environment
The facility is about 5-6 years old, climate-controlled, and extremely neat and organized. There are two main departments: the coating department, where adhesive is added to one side of the tape, and the slitter department, where larger rolls of tape are cut into smaller rolls. The work involves inspecting tapes and packing the rolls. The shift is a 12-hour night shift from Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday, from 6:00pm to 6:00am. Training will be conducted on the day shift, with the same scheduled days, from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.75
