Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Coating Machine Operators for projects located in and around Wausau, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $21/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are a Coating Machine Operator eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

 

Job Scope:

Set up and Operate a Coating Printing Machine to Produce Print on Label RollsMonitor Meters, Gauges, Valves, Flow Ratios, Temperatures, Pressures, and Related Controls Ensure Adherence to Production Process SpecificationsMaintain Production Records, and Logs of Equipment and Product PerformanceAdjust, Set up, and Process OperationsFollow Coating Formulas to Weigh and Prepare CoatingSet and Adjust Speed Temperature Ink Flow and Positions and Pressure Tolerance of EquipmentExamine Job Orders to Determine Details such as Quantities to be Printed, Production Times, Stock Specifications, Color Sequences, and Anilox (BCM) Billion Cubic MicronsSelect and Install Printing Plates, Rollers, Feed Guides, Gauges, Screens, Stencils, Dies, and Cylinders in Machines according to Specifications using Hand ToolsMonitor Feeding, Printing, Coating, and Racking Processes of Presses to Maintain Specified Operating Levels and to Detect Malfunctions, making Adjustments as NecessaryOther Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Operating a Coating Printing MachineAble to Follow Standing Operating Procedures and Specifications or Instructions of Higher Level Technical Personnel Company Details
