**Job Description: Coating Operator**
**Location:** Milpitas
**Shift:** Swing Shift (3pm-11:30pm) + Overtime as needed
**Position:** Coating Operator
**Description:** We are seeking three dedicated and skilled Coating Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. Experience with conformal coating and prep/masking skills are a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate conformal coating equipment.
+ Organize and manage daily workload to achieve productivity goals.
+ Inspect coated boards; adjust, touch-up, and remove boards for rework as needed.
+ Report any issues to the Leader or upper management.
+ Ensure compliance with ESD and safety protocols, including the use of protective gear.
+ Perform basic daily machine maintenance.
+ Execute effective shift/job change-overs.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
