Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
Collect samples, analyzes, and adjusts coating line process parameters using lab equipment. Collect samples, analyzes, and adjusts wastewater system parameters to ensure wastewater is within permit limits. Monitors e-coat process pressures and flows and changes filters as necessary. Charts process analysis results and enters into required spreadsheets. Participates in required tank maintenance. Maintains, calibrates, standardizes, and cleans lab equipment to maintain an operational neat and clean lab environment. Cleans and maintains e-coat and wastewater equipment area. Communicates process and equipment issues to Paint Supervisor and or Paint Manager Support and implement Continuous Improvement by suggesting longer term processing solutions that will reduce costs by way of improved scrap rates and optimized efficiency.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required, Technical / Mechanical Diploma / Degree or Certificate strongly preferred.WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
3-5 years Manufacturing Experience Required 3-5 years in a technical role involving hard coating, painting, and/or vacuum metalizing or vacuum plasma processing. Robotics and controls experience would be an asset. Thorough understanding of coating processes and defect analysis. Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, clean room environments and fluid handling equipment.Strong knowledge of industrial processes and machinery.WHY WORK HERE?
