Responsabilities
Plan and carry out the daily production of meals, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the company and the client's requirements.Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to youSupervise and comply with the hygiene, quality, and food safety procedures in the area (HACCP).Check that the workstation and equipment are always safe and clean.Follow up on incidents reported by customers and the quality department.Requirements
Experience in hotels, restaurants, and large-volume communities for at least 2 yearsExperience in working with programmed recipes and exact grammagesVery valuable qualification in hospitalityJob stabilityValuable knowledge of HACCPAvailability to work in rotating shiftsKnowledge of office automation
