THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server, you’ll be the star of the show, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while serving up their favorite drinks and providing top-notch beverage and bus service! You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $8.96/hour + tips 

THE SCHEDULE: 6 PM – 1 AM (Schedules are subject to change depending on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Quickly and efficiently fulfill drink orders, making sure each guest’s experience is nothing short of amazing.Maintain your assigned area, side stations, tables, and POS stations—always ready for action!Collect payments and follow all cash handling and comp procedures to keep everything running smoothly.Develop and grow a personal clientele list by providing top-tier service and creating lasting relationships.Keep your wardrobe and/or costumes looking sharp and in line with our brand standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has at least 1 year of experience as a beverage server or food serverAbility to engage with guests, provide clear information, and make personalized recommendations.A friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel welcomed and valued.Works well with other servers, bartenders, and staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Manages multiple drink orders and guest needs simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.Focused on creating memorable, personalized experiences that keep guests coming back.Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) during the shift.Able to take charge in delivering service and performing on stage or in front of guests without hesitation.Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes.

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$8.96

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
